Christian Okonkwo

Chris is an ex-professional soccer player with over 10 years experience playing top level football in different countries. He is an Advanced Strength Conditioning Coach (level 2), Rehabilitation Therapist, and a General Fitness Expert.

Chris has been working in the fitness industry for over 10 years, helping people to become better versions of themselves. He has a wealth of experience helping his clients and athletes improve their strength and fitness, and achieve weight loss. He also works with NPL football teams and coaches aspiring pro football players in strength and conditioning.

Chris is the head coach at Excel Strength and Conditioning Plus, he is very approachable, and passionate about fitness. He loves his morning cappuccino and occasional home-made banana bread.

  • One-on-one sessions with a personal trainer.
  • Small group or family sessions with a personal trainer.

All workouts are designed for your level of fitness and needs.

The gym is a well-equipped fitness studio that provides a private, safe environment in which you can train with confidence.

Gym members will recieve a physical fitness assessment in their first session. Chris will use this assessment to design your training program.

Your training program will evolve as your fitness improves.
