With over 10 years experience in the industry, our Fitness Experts/Coaches are experienced and knowledgeable. They include Exercise Physiologists, Advanced Strength Conditioning Experts, Ex-professional athletes and Personal Trainers with good knowledge of nutrition. They are always ready to help keep you accountable and motivated through your fitness journey.

Christian Okonkwo is the Head Coach at Excel Strength Conditioning Plus Fitness, a fitness company he founded in 2012. He is an ex-professional soccer player, a Certified Australian level 2 Strength Conditioning/Fitness Expert with a background in Sports Science.  Christian is also an Exercise & Sports Nutrition Coach with over 10 years experience working with national athletes and general active people.
