Yes! Then, this is the class for you. A combination of boxing exercises for self-defence, coordination, increased back and core strength and cardiovascular endurance. Be prepared to learn and apply the correct techniques to punch, duck, weave, kick and to defend yourself. You will simultaneously build mental strength and physical strength.
