CHRISTIAN OKONKWO

DIRECTOR AND HEAD COACH

Christian Okonkwo is an ex professional soccer player who started his professional career a young age. He has played in top level soccer leagues in different countries before moving to Australia. His passion for fitness led him to become a Coach working under Australian Sports Commission for a year and later graduated as a PT with AIPT though He was studying a Bachelor in Exercise and Sports Science at the time.

Julia has great passion for health and fitness. As a Fitness Model and Power lifting athlete, she’s got what it takes and knowledge to help you reach your fitness goals. She loves semi PT group coaching and always willing to assist you when called upon.

Christian has always been passionate about health and fitness and willing to help others achieve their fitness goals and guide them through a healthy lifestyle.

His experience as an ex pro athlete and in the fitness industry makes him the complete Coach/Trainer and he believes in striving hard and building mental strength to break those fitness barriers. Christian has been working with some Australian national athletes and have helped a lot of people, from normal office workers to competitive athletes hit peak performance, achieve their Fitness goals and maintain healthy lifestyle. He is so passionate about Health and Fitness.
